We will not charge the card unless there is a cancellation or no-show without 24 hours of advance notice.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Cancellations:</span> Please call 24 hours prior to an appointment to cancel. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours advance notice, we must charge 50% of the amount of the service to the credit card. The full amount of the service will be charged for no shows. Cancellations should be recorded on our voice mail where they are given an automatic time and date stamp.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Therapist preference: </span>Please let us know if you prefer a male or female therapist. We will try to accommodate your request.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Arrival: </span>We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time so that you may have some time to relax in our lounge. However, if you would feel more comfortable, you may choose to leave your under garments on during your treatment.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Payment: </span>We accept cash, Visa, Master card and American Express. Sorry, but we do not accept personal checks.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Gratuity: </span>You may choose to leave a gratuity for your therapist for a job well done. Traditionally these are 15%-20% of the price of the service and are optional.
