SPA DETAILS

Booking: We ask that all appointments must be guaranteed with a credit card. We will not charge the card unless there is a cancellation or no-show without 24 hours of advance notice.

Cancellations: Please call 24 hours prior to an appointment to cancel. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours advance notice, we must charge 50% of the amount of the service to the credit card. The full amount of the service will be charged for no shows. Cancellations should be recorded on our voice mail where they are given an automatic time and date stamp.

Therapist preference: Please let us know if you prefer a male or female therapist. We will try to accommodate your request.

Arrival: We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time so that you may have some time to relax in our lounge. Late arrivals will be allotted the remaining time of their appointment.

Cell phones: Please turn your cell phone off upon entering the spa and limit any conversations to the front desk area of the spa.

Medical conditions: Please let us know about any medications, medical conditions including pregnancy or sensitivities that may affect your spa experience prior to booking your appointment.

What to wear: During your treatments you will always be discreetly draped by our trained therapists. However, if you would feel more comfortable, you may choose to leave your under garments on during your treatment.

Payment: We accept cash, Visa, Master card and American Express. Sorry, but we do not accept personal checks.

Gratuity: You may choose to leave a gratuity for your therapist for a job well done. Traditionally these are 15%-20% of the price of the service and are optional. We ask that gratuities be paid in cash.

Special occasions: Please feel free to contact us to arrange a spa event for your group.

Mailing list: We love sending loyal customers special offers so please leave us your e-mail address. We promise to only use it for our own promotions.

Our frequent relaxer program: Pre-pay for 6 or more sessions of any one service and receive 10% off the total amount. All services must be used within one year of the date of purchase.

Gift certificates: Give the gift of Balance. Gift certificates are available and must be used within one year of the date of purchase.
